Yoga on Zoom in the comfort of your home

Classes will be available throughout January and February on Monday evenings.

Stay warm and cosy, avoid the icy roads and keep up your yoga practice.

The class will last an hour and be a mixture of breathing, stretching, strengthening, balance, meditation and relaxation.
